The registration process is done via the My Mediasite page, not through the app itself. The app does work on Big Sur, and on M1 Macs. It just has all of those options greyed out, so it's all but useless. I suspect it's because of the 64-bit OS, but what is super odd is that it opens up fine, but I cannot register / sign-in, nor can I start recording anything. I was hoping that this product would work on my new M1 mabook air, but sadly it appears that with Big Sur, this product will not work.
